You Build AC (youbuildac.com) is a separate homeowner-facing storefront: customers pick a system, see real prices, and book a job — all from their phone, without calling you first. Your tenant lives under your company slug, so the wizard, compare page, and pricing all show your brand and contact.

Use it as a standaloneproduct if you only need the customer-facing storefront — you just wouldn’t have access to all Tier One features (proposal builder, ServiceTitan workflow, advisor presentation, financing display). Or use it as an add-on on top of any full Tier One plan (Basic, Premium, Enterprise) to give your existing workflow a homeowner-facing front door.

Catalog note: YouBuildAC has its own seeded pricebook (Goodman / Carrier / Trane / Lennox / Rheem, 2–5 ton) — your store works on day one. Custom pricing per contractor is available as a CSV-import service when you want to override the defaults.

No. Tier One Tool is designed to complement ServiceTitan by improving the sales/proposal experience in front of the homeowner.

Can I use it without ServiceTitan?

Yes. Basic works with manual or imported pricebook data and branded proposal templates.

Is financing approval built in?

Basic and Premium support financing presentation and payment display. Live lender routing, second-look financing, and payment write-back are Enterprise/custom-scope items.

Are setup fees refundable?

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding, configuration, design, or integration work begins.

Can I cancel?

Basic has a 90-day onboarding minimum, then 30-day cancellation. Premium is typically a 12-month agreement. Enterprise is annual with custom terms.
